This Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
2.1. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing notice of cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice to accommodate changes to appointments and been able to offer Your time session to an other person.
2.2. Cancellation Fees: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to ensure the availability of our services to all clients, we have the following cancellation fees:
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the total amount of the scheduled service price.
Missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full scheduled service price.
3. Payment of Cancellation Fees
3.1. Cancellation fees will be charged to the client's payment method on file or collected at the next scheduled appointment. Failure to pay cancellation fees may result in an inability to book future appointments.

4.1. We understand that exceptional circumstances may warrant the cancellation of appointments with less than 24 hours notice, such as medical emergencies or sudden illness. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
