    Remedial Massage

    A specialized bodywork that combines soft tissus of the body*, structural alignment**, body movement education, and release of acute/chronic pain, helps injuries and number of health conditions and issues***. Remedial Massage has a restorative massage is a key component of sport medicine.

    The sessions are designed to realign the body’s structure for overall health, improve posture and reducted physical and mental stress by unlocking and resetting memories of the nervous system.

    Techniques and Methods employed are Sport Massage, Remedial Treatment, Joint Mobilization, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Positon Release, Myofascia Release, PNF (passive stretching), Accupressure, Shiatsu, Cross Fiber, Relaxation; Reflexology, Pregnacy and Breathwork.

    *Soft Tissue of the Body : muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascias, fat, fibrous tissue, lymph and blood vessels/arteries.

    **Structural alignment : squeletal system.

    Personal Training

    Strengthen strength, restore flexibility, increase range of motion, improve body balance and prevent injuries through musculoskeletal posture and alignment.

    Sessions include body assessment, instruction, motivation and personalized exercise plan based on what you want to achieve and assessment.

    The techniques and methodologies are inspired by the approach of yoga (tantra, nidra, pranayama, restorer, purna… ), Pilates movement therapy (studio and floor), gymnastics and ballet techniques: stretching, flexibility, agility, body Weight Training and overall, aim to support and promote self-confidence, self-awareness and self-care.
